Superior En-suite Cabin (Sleeps 4-5)

Our spacious two bedroom superior cabins are fully self-contained with full size fridge, microwave, gas oven & stove, and all cooking equipment, crockery, utensils, etc. A full size dining and lounge area with colour TV, DVD player, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and an external balcony with outdoor setting make this an extremely comfortable option. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with full linen supplied including sheets, blankets, pillows, towels and an electric blanket. The second bedrooms have either bunks and single bed or alternatively a trio bunk, each with full linen sets also supplied. These cabins offer plenty of space to families, groups or those who just wish to spread out and relax.

Deluxe En-suite Cabin (Sleeps 5-6)

Our deluxe two bedroom cabins cater for those on a budget but still needing a bit more space. The cabin is fully self-contained with full size fridge, microwave, gas cook-top, all cooking equipment, crockery, utensils, etc. They include a dining and lounge area with colour TV, DVD player, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and an external balcony overlooking the Avon River. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with full linen supplied including sheets, blankets, pillows, towels and an electric blanket. The second bedroom has either a trio bunk or twin bunks (four single beds) with a bottom sheet & pillow provided to each sleeping position (bedding and linen are also available if required at a surcharge). These are a compact cabin but offer the delight of being able to sit outside and enjoy the view of the Avon River at sunset & enjoy a cool breeze on a hot afternoon.

En-suite Cabin (Sleeps 4-5)

Our en-suite cabins have a studio lay-out and offer an excellent standard of accommodation for families, travellers or groups of all shapes and sizes.These cabins are fully self-contained with reverse cycle air-conditioning, colour TV, bar fridge, external balcony & outdoor setting, microwave oven, electric hot-plate and grill, all cooking equipment, crockery, utensils, etc.The double bed comes with full linen, including quilt, electric blanket, sheets, pillows, and towels supplied. The remaining beds are supplied with fitted sheets and pillows, and full sets of bedding and linen are also available if required at a surcharge.

En-suite Cabin - Double Only (Sleeps 2)

Our double only en-suite cabin has a studio lay-out and is specifically styled to suit a couple travelling on a budget. These cabins are fully self-contained with reverse cycle air-conditioning, colour TV, lounge chairs, bar fridge, car-port, outdoor setting, microwave oven, gas stove and griller oven, all cooking equipment, crockery, utensils, etc. The double bed comes with full linen, including quilt, electric blanket, sheets, pillows, and towels supplied.

Budget En-suite Cabin (Sleeps 5)

Our budget en-suite cabins also have a studio lay-out, are immaculately clean and offer good value for money for those travelling on a budget. As with all of the cabins in our park, en-suite amenities are included and they are fully self-contained with colour TV, fridge, microwave oven, electric hot-plate and grill, all cooking equipment, crockery, utensils, etc. The double bed has an electric blanket and fitted sheets and pillows are supplied to all beds, with full sets of bedding and linen also available if required.

On-site Caravans (Sleep 2-4)

Our On-site van has colour TV, and is fully self-contained with fridge, outdoor setting, gas stove, all cooking equipment, crockery, utensils, etc. All beds have fitted sheets and pillows supplied, and a full set of bedding and linen is also available if required.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Single night bookings are to be paid in full, the first night of 2 night bookings is required, and with greater than 2 night bookings 1/3 of the total is sought.
All deposits to be paid at the time of booking or within 7 days.
For bookings during peak periods payment in full is required 28 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations or early departures:
All fees payable on arrival.
For off-peak periods there will be no refund of deposit within 14 days of booking period or after arrival.
For bookings over peak periods, full payment of the remaining balance of your booking is required 28 days prior to arrival. There will be no refund after arrival or within 28 days prior to booking period.
If cancellation is made prior to 14 days for off-peak periods or 28 days for peak periods we will provide a full refund less a cancellation fee of $20.00.
Bookings are not transferable to a future date.
